Louraine is a provisionally registered physiotherapist in Alberta, bringing her extensive years of experience in physiotherapy from the Philippines to Canada to further her practice. She completed the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Seneca College in Ontario, earning the Governor General’s Academic Bronze Medal Award. Currently, Louraine is thrilled to work in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, driven by her passion for helping people achieve the best possible quality of life.
With experience spanning all age groups and both neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, Louraine employs an exercise-focused approach combined with hands-on manual techniques to develop effective rehabilitation programs tailored to her patients’ lifestyles. She uses an evidence-based approach and emphasizes patient education to ensure the highest quality care. Louraine is committed to building strong therapeutic alliances and collaborates with her patients to find the best solutions for them.
In her free time, Louraine enjoys traveling and exploring new places. She is fond of nature, hiking, trekking, reading, attending music shows, and engaging in mindfulness activities.
