Laser Therapy

How does Laser therapy work?

Our Laser Therapy is a form of medicine that applies low-level (low power) lasers or light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to the surface of the body. The power and full coherence of light enable the effective penetration of the laser beam deep into the tissues, thus enabling high quality and fast recovery in shorter individual treatments, and in shorter periods.

What Conditions Can Be Treated?

What to expect during laser therapy treatment

During your visit, one of our professional physiotherapists will conduct a thorough physical assessment and review your medical background before designing your customized treatment plan. This assessment is completed to determine figure out which therapeutic methods will be most beneficial to you.

Laser therapy is one of the most non-invasive and effective treatment methods that could be prescribed by our physiotherapists following your assessment. Procedures usually last for about 10 minutes, and patients begin to see results after just a few short sessions.

Does laser therapy hurt?

You will experience little or no sensation during a laser procedure. It does not hurt because it is a low-level laser therapy and not the high-power lasers used to cut or destroy tissue.

To prevent contact with the pupils, treatments are applied directly to the skin and protective goggles are worn when applying to areas close to the eyes. The FDA has licensed medical lasers, and our Laser therapy conform to stringent ISO guidelines.
